No, the calling is being developed by Hudson. This game is developed by AQ Interactive and Overseen by Shimizu Takashi of Ju-ON horror movies.

This is The Calling. It's the exact same game, you can obviously tell by comparing these screen and those videos. Maybe the info we got for The Calling was wrong concerning devs. But it's obvious they are the same game.

Awesome. I love survival horror games. Doesn't look too much like "The Calling" to me. Besides that was in development at Hudson.

Hey yeah I remember that game! Good to know it still exists, though like many have stated before me I doubt we'll see this released outside of Japan.

who cares about this? do you really think it will get released in the western world? look at fatal frame IV.

It is sad but true, I will no longer get excited for games like these unless they are coming my way.

 While the news on FF4 is disheartening, maybe this one, and Silent Hill and Cursed Mountain will make up for it.

Cool stuff. But it doesn't look very original.
As for that Calling game, that doesn't feel very original either, but it did have that scary jump factor.

this game would been even better on the PS3/360/PC, perhaps the devs will bring it over....ah well another game that i won't buy.
