Ok I dont own a gaming PC but I can run games on my PC anyway:

Thinking of getting Gears of war and 2 when it cames out on PC (rather "if" than "when")

and maybe I forgot some others that I own, but as you can see I am all about shooters, be it FPS or TPS, but recently I find it difficult to find good quality (Graphicallywise and gameplaywise) games all because of PS3 & 360 games news and previews.

So I only now that I will be buying borderland but thats it, maybe you can help me out by telling me your future list of games that you want to buy so I can check them out. If you have video links that well be awesome. and if there is a thread with a list of games for PC that is really good and I shouldn't miss please post the link.

Get Half Life 1 + 2.
Posibly Counterstrike.

And i know its not in your range of games, but try Baldurs Gate 1/2 if you want an RPG, its still the best PC game ever made imo.

UT2004 is one of my all time favorites. UT3 wasn't bad either.

but you want more shooters or are you OK with other genres?

I recommend STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky (which are not exactly new), then there are the recently released strategy games Empire: Total War and Warhammer 40k Dawn of War II. There's also World in Conflict which is RTS but more action-oriented and Company of Heroes, which just had its second expansion released (and apparently there's a good deal on gamersgate).

The Last Remnant was also just released, and it seems that its improved over the console version

if you liked Crysis there's Crysis Warhead, which includes Crysis Wars that IMO is a great multiplayer mode.

and Demigod will be out soon too, it's a stand alone game inspired (you could call a clone) by DotA

Since you already played TCoR: Escape from Butcher Bay, I would recommend Assault on Dark Athena. Just picked it up yesterday and I'm having a blast. Game runs well on my rig and Escape from Butcher Bay in it looks a lot better than it did a couple years back.

Mass Effect and Dead Space are great picks as well.

Left 4 Dead is tonnes of fun and Modern Warfare 2 will be out in the fall which should be awesome.

Orange Box, definitely. I like Day of Defeat: Source too, especially since I got it for $5. Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is still fun too, and it's free!

Also, why is your PC not a 'gaming PC'? Looks like one to me...you don't have to have OMG 3x SLI AND $1000 INTEL PROCESSOR for it to be one
