yes!
The Internet is slow. After like 5 minutes, the Internet fails and a window pops up saying "trying to dial-up a connection" and then that fails since we do not have dial-up.
As for the router, we don't even have it hooked up right now. The router is for connecting my Wii and DS. and I want to make sure my modem will work before I can get the modem AND the router to work with it.

well i think you answered it.........you have a service you cant use, did anybody order any new services or something???
No. and how did I answer it? We have a cable connection. That is how we get online.

exactly...so why is your computer looking for dial up???
I seriousness think you guys should get a technician to get thing workin...I had one and he hooked everything including my router up and made sure it worked fine

and large, so I can just download that thing from your link onto a CD? Put it into my computer at home and open it and pray that is will delete the virus if I have it?
