I'd just wait for Excite Bots next week, personally.

The game is awesome. I also got into it quite late but it's very addictive and a very unique racing game.

I don't really see how you can complain about the music, when you can stick your own music into the game.

^ Whether or not you can listen to non-game music doesn't change the fact that it's plain awful. I like good ingame music, it adds a lot of value to the game for me.

If Excite Truck had half of the online options of Mario Kart Wii, it would be twice as good.

Quick answer: get it... or wait for Excite Bots ;)
