I see a lot of people saying Halo but does anyone know a multiplayer game that comes to both splitscreen and online that's more enjoyable?

The only people that will say yes to that are people that haven't ever played it before or just plain get doninated in it and hate it cause of that.

Believe it or not there are people who just don't like the online aspect of Halo at all.  If you bought it for the campaign then it was vastly overrated.  Also when you play splitscreen it converts your TV to 4:3 so each player has a widescreen view, unfortunately you end up playing on 2/3rds of your HD TV then.  Why they couldn't have a super wide option or split vertical like the original for 2 player coop campaign I have no idea.  The game got a lot of 10's and none of these annoyances were mentioned by the press.  The game is great, I recognise that, but it was rated too high for myself and many others.

I have played it before, I love the 360 and I'm no fanboy, also I've never been dominated online either.

Yeah i suppose if your not a fan of FPS or online then you wouldn't like it either.

And I have a 42 inch vizio hdtv, and when i play online while in splitscreen it gives you the whole screen, but then when i seitched over to forge it did that 4:3 thing. haven't tried coop yet so i'm not sure how that will turn out.

It will do it, its a design choice by Bungie.  The only way to get it to stretch full screen is by setting your resolution to 480p, which then looks crap.  I played through the first 2 with friends in local coop but couldn't do it with Halo 3 as it was just too off putting.  4 player online coop is marvellous but it's not quite the same as having your mate sat next to you.

paper mario on the gamecube was the worst piece of trash ever /sarcasm/

But really it completely started showing it's flaws after the excellent one that was on the nintendo 64. reason being is it was not as well rounded as the better rpg's of it's day, IMOB very overrated game and if this is what nintendo calls a rpg....then they should hand it over to someone else that knows what they are doing.

Good job... now try to find a game in the same genre.

Ocarina and FF7 are two of the most overrated games of all time.

Even though I'm a huge Zelda fan... I still have to say it...

How many FPS games have a better campaign than Halo 3? I've played a shit load of FPS games and very few are anywhere near as enjoyable.

Either way the best feature about Halo 3 is the online play. Occasionally four of us will play on the same console and go online and its the most enjoyable experience I've had with an FPS game. It's just an easy to play and well balanced shooter that any FPS fan should enjoy at some level. Games like CoD4 and GoW on the other hand can be a much more frustrating experience for casual gamers.

MGS4 (If you dont know the story you wont enjoy it)

LBP (A console killer that is a platformer?LOL)

Gears of War (Awful  controls)
