Check out that, and then look at either the HD 4670 if you don't have a PCI-E 6 pin power plug or the 9600GT if you do for around $60-70

I already have something like that, i just need to find a video card that supports it.

It has a USB interface, you plug it into your PC directly... What do you have?

I don't know what its called but it has 2 lines of pins in it, if i knew how to upload pictures i would put a pic on here but i don't

-Edit--I should also mention that the video card that it currently hooked up to is the all in wonder x800 xl, it came with it along with pinnacle studio ATI version 9 but it it doesn't work cause there are green lines all over the video if i try to capture it.

For capturing video, the link I posted or something similar would work well for you.

It captures 30FPS @ 720 by 480P for NTSC which would be better than youtube quality and it shows real time feeds on screen as well so you can play and capture. Since the Xbox 360 has decent scaling hardware inside you should get good quality video if you set it to output at 480P.

ok do i need a certain video card for that?

Nope it just plugs into USB and captures that way. Its simple plug/play operation. Im not the best on this stuff, but im sure someone could point you in the right direction for about $50-$100. I thought it would be good because it got good reviews on NewEgg and the features seem to be about right for what you want to do.
