Yes CGI, Heavy Rain looks amazing and unique, I haven't been so eager for a game that much for quite a long time, I really like the atmosphere of the game so far, and I think the game shapes up as a true classic.
This concept art also looks astounding…

Im sure they will,if they dont know they will know close to its launch events,you will see sig gifs,numerious threads about it and much more.
