No wonder you think that.  Mario Galaxy is one of the least hard core games I have.  It's more of a bridge title.  (Casual but good enough quality can be enjoyed by hard core too).

I will be 40 in a few months. Of the consoles I currently own, my Wii is easily my favorite.

35. It could be for kid but for adult also : depend of the game... I still play the old classic like zelda, metroid and mario and I think there is no age for playing that.

Actually, the gaming media sees it as a casual console, not a children's console. Only a select few "core" magazines still call it a children's console. The majority have noted it to being a "casual crowd" console.
