Yeah, my problem with sony's music products is that you need third party software to get them to play nice with itunes. Since I have a mac this makes it even worse as Sony doesn't make mac software for their walkman products. I have a walkman phone and the software to get it to sync with itunes (itunemywalkman) is kinda flaky.

yeah, but then the songs aren't organized by artist, genre, album, etc. they're all in one big folder and you have to sift through them.

I was talking about mass market sales potential.

Anyway I am looking at getting a music player soon, and I won't be caught dead/alive 1/2/3/4/5 with an Apple product. Since all my electronics are Sony when applicable i'll probably get either a walkman/zune depending on what suits me best.
