Because Crazzyman and Coolestguyever have over 12 bans each but Carmina was permabanned after 1!!

Spammers get permabanned instantly otherwise there's a progression. Bans start at 1-3 days and go all the way up to 90 days. After your 90 day ban and you fuck up again for whatever reason, you're gone.
