GrimGrimoire is an interesting game, but it didnt got my attention

Buy Indigo Prophecy its such a good game and people seem to forget about it, also Okami which was mentioned, and any Katamari game, and if you dont like random battles give FF 12 a try even tough you seem to be against square its a great game.

O yes and both Dark Cloud games are fantastic

The BIBLE Game ROCKS!!

Also look for VeggieTales Larryboy and the Bad Apple - a decent platformer that has good lessons in it.

Dark Cloud 2 .....

Funny thing, I just bought a used PS2 from my classmate. But for 40€ (around 54$). The old fat version.

And I also skipped it. Only places I played it was my friends and step-brothers place.

My take:
* R-Type Final
* Alien Hominid
* Shadows of Destiny/Shadows of Memory
* Games by Team Ico
* War of the Monsters

That is it off the top of my head now.

Dark Cloud 2 definitely over the original.

How can you not love this game??

I don't have that many niche games, but get Persona 4 though, no random battles.
I guess you could get Sly Cooper games aswell, they're somewhat niche...
