I had to switch back to firefox 2. #3 never remembers cookies regardless of what i change my settings too. It won't play movies, it crashes constantly, etc.
I guess some computers just don't like the fox :(
I still haven't had any problems (on a macbook running OS X) but my brother has been having Firefox crash on him almost every time he opens FF, sometimes right away, and he has a brand new laptop with Windows Vista on it. I'm not sure what his laptop is, but this makes me think that the new FF version has some incompatibility problem with either Vista (unlikely) or different computer hardware.

Certain advertisements on this site would crash my computer. So now i have an adblocker.
Recently something on this site kept opening adobe reader, which also would crash my computer. So I uninstalled it.
Now I have no issues, maybe its one of the two that are doing this to you.
