@ procrastinato - I just looked through your post history, and it seems that you do nothing but troll the Wii.
In a thread about Madworld
Blood and narratives where every other word is of the "4-letter" variety aren't exactly commonly loved themes, and I have to say that I'm fairly certain that the primary demographic for that stuff isn't exactly a match-made-in-heaven for the Wii.
In a thread about the PS3
People don't like that the Wii is starting to prove itself as a not-so-viable "core" games platform and that its chances of exceeding 55%, or even 50% marketshare are diminishing
So I ask you, why should I take you seriously?
^ um most of us aren't raging wii fans, we hate Greenpeace, so stop trying to switch the argument to us thinking nintendo can do no wrong. for me it is that Greenpeace are a bunch of terrorist dumbasses.

I don't troll the Wii. I like my Wii. I don't like MadWorld.. is that a crime? I can see that the Wii will not be my console of choice for core games... again.. a crime?
Your posting history pretty much paints you an over-zealous Nintendo fanboy, and PS360 troll extraordinaire, btw, if that's where you're wanting to go, rather than contributing.
You haven't even stated what you think of Nintendo's policy of not reporting anything. You merely spouted in their defense, by pleading a "you can't prove it" gimmick. Why do you even post to a thread discussing this, if you have nothing to say?
Not contributing to the discussion... hmm... I think that's trolling, isn't it? If you have something worthwhile to contribute -- like a complaint about Greenpeace, or some reason as to why Nintendo should "dodge" the report, please... tell us.
If you do not believe you are trolling, then I shall leave it at that.
Link or it didn't happen. I'll accept that I am a zealous Wii fan. However I choose to express this by posting positive things about the Wii when appropriate, rather than negative things about other consoles. If that makes me a troll then I need to update my dictionary.
I made no attempt to either criticise or compliment Nintendo on their environmental policies. Well done for noticing. This is because (and I have already stated this several times in this thread already) we lack the required information to make a sensible judgment.
If refusing to either exonerate or condemn a company when there is insufficient grounds for either makes me a troll, then again, I need a new dictionary. I contributed to the conversation by merely warning everyone that the info on which they were making their opinions was incomplete.
Honestly, if you think I'm trolling, then there's a nice 'report this post' button at the bottom of each of my posts. We shall see if the mods have the same dictionary as you.

My argument - If you have no infomation, you cannot just assume the worst Your interpretation of my argument - If you have no infomation, you can assume the best
I'm sorry, but I shall not be responding to your post any more than that. Re read my point, and if you correctly interpret what I am saying, then I shall respond |
Did you at least read the report, or even this thread? It was explained yet.
The report ranks the companies' public policies about toxic chemicals, e-waste management, energy consumption.
No publicly stated policy= 0 points. It's not assuming the worst for the products. It is giving 0 point to the public communication about them.
Geesh. First read, then write.
offcourse SONY will be in the green zone, they don't produce consoles at the rate Nintendo does lol.
isn't it obvious? the more you make the more you polute. It should be emissions per unit made.
oh and just because someone doesn't talk to you doesn't mean you go down the childish path and give them 0.
whole thing is a joke.
I think I will go chop down a tree in my front yard blocking the sun light.
So maybe Nintendo don't have anything enviro friendly to submit. But maybe there isn't any major enviro harm either.

Everything that has a beginning has an end and mankind is the reason life on earth will one day end. lol
