I hate to burst everyone's bubble but the announcement has already been made and has nothing to do with the PS3! When the rumor popped up on the internet the other day it specifically said PlayStation related announcement to be made on March 31st! This announcement was made by Sony America saying that the PS2's price hat been cut to $99 and will come into affect tomorrow! THAT'S IT! GOD!

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

YESI DID! The PlayStation 3 announcement has been mixed up with the PlayStation releated announcement! Thats what all of the sites said when the rumor began! But it got mixed up with PlayStation 3 announcement!

I have to say, if the announcement is just a PS2 price cut, then it's a pretty stupid announcement.....

I seriously hope that it is the 2.7 firmware update, and with all of the features that were possibles to be in it. If it is the PS2 price cut, I'll be pretty upset and I'll go kick a cat or something.
