It's already been rated by ESRB/PEGI so i think a release date of Q4 09 or Q1 2010 is pretty likely.

Also, a worldwide release seems likely too IMO.

Ok, i was wrong, it's only been rated from PEGI as 12+. I thought i read somewhere that it's also been rated T by ESRB.

Guess i was wrong.

Um.. no.

But it's got some weird overheating thing and it shows weird artifacts all over the screen. Strangely enough there are nearly no artifacts on Nintendo games and way too many artifacts on Capcom games!
