Nintendo is too busy catering to casual gamers to care about the hardcore.

Maybe they just called the US out for 360, they won the core and Wii gets everyone else.

It's worth noting that while Nintendo is noted as a copyright holder, only Tecmo's logo is on that ad. It looks like Tecmo is doing the publishing in EU, perhaps they will also be the NA publisher?

That's why I have the Wii to play Fatal Frame 4, but why is taking them so long to bring it to the U.S?

If is not coming let be a time exclusive for the Wii and make a Fatal Frame 4 360 version.  I don't care in what console b/c I own both as long it get released here.

Nintendo owns the ip now so no 360 version ever.I believe the hold up is due to which one wanted to publish it  outside of japan.It appears Tecmo won.
