PS3 gets MGS 4 as an exclusive. X360 gets Splinter Cell:Conviction as an exclusive. Two games in the similar shooter stealth genre exclusive to two different console systems.

Keep Metal Gears Solid series on PS3 and Sony consoles. Keep Splinter Cell series on X360/PC.

That's because it was made by Ubisoft Shangai. Ubisoft Montreal is the true creator behind the Splinter Cell series (and behind the XBOX edition of the Double Agent which was distinctevly better than its 360 brother),

I played and beat both, the Xbox version was better, but it still sucked in comparison to Chaos Theory.

You will say something about Alan Wake but that is an unknown new IP game title for X360. Those three franchise PS3 games I mentioned were expected to have been released early in PS3s life and we are in 2009 and they are nowhere to be seen.

Edited: I checked Wikipedia: God of war 3 was unofficially announced back in March 2007 just after God of War 2 debuted on PS2 in 2006.
