@Majin, i can't defend Nintendo's treatment of Disaster. Im not going to.

The majority of americans agree with me and the ones who bought an additional console recently are the audience this game should have sold to.

It was a wasted opportunity and it reminds me just how important Rare was to the N64.

“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.

@thekitchensink - No, it annoys me that Nintendo won't make a MadWorld or Gears or even publish such a title. However, Nintendo are still my favorite company and I will continue to support them. I may not not like how they handle certain matters but the good far outweighs the bad.

Why would Nintendo need to make Madworld or Gears dude? They released better games this generation, and they will release more of them in the future.
