Funny with your Metal Slug sig you would say this! Why mention the Neo-Geo anyway? It wasn't a failure. SNK hardly thought they were going mass market with a $700 console, unlike 3DO. I don't think they were too disappointed with sales. Plus, the Neo has a whole lot of great games, one of the highest if not the highest good-to-crap ratio of any console.
Anyway, as for the list otherwise, I didn't think Sega CD and 32X deserved to be there. Maybe 32X, but probably not even that. Sega CD actually had quite a few good games, even though they correctly mention the FMV crap that was prevalent on every CD system around that time. But you don't have stuff like Dark Wizard, Shining Force CD, Silpheed, Popful Mail and a bunch of others on your system and be a failure from a gaming point of view.
I guess if I had my way I'd add Jaguar CD in with Jaguar (certainly the CD (aka toilet bowl) was even less well-received than the Jag itself), and find something to sub in for Sega CD and 32X. What about the SuperGrafx? Five games only for that, although to be fair one of them is one of the greatest games ever made (Ghouls 'N Ghosts). Atari 7800?
