what are your Sales predictions for UFC 2009 Undisputed  a mixed martial arts video game featuring Ultimate Fighting Championship properties and fighters currently in development by Yuke's Osaka and to be published by THQ. The game is slated to be released on May 19, 2009 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

UFC has exploded in the US these last few years and is pulling in an average pay per view buy rate of like 500 000 and thats like $45 a hit, with many more viewer on spike tv

give me your opening week and all time predictions

Well considering the UFC has had several video games sponsors it must have a good amount of viewers who play video games.

I'm gonna say 150,000 on the 360.
Maybe 100,000 on the PS3.

Perhaps a 1.5 million lifetime on the 360. About a million on the PS3.
I'm not expecting it to be a huge hit.

it's gonna sell half what an NBA game sells. MMA isn't that big yet to be compared with other sports.

well if you take into account spike tv fight nights can haveup to 3 000 000+ veiwer, average of 500 000 pay per view buys at $45 and up to 1 200 000 ppv buys for UFC 66, and UFC 92

so we got hundreds of thousands of fans that are willing to pay $45 for a 3 hour ppv each month, yet you dont thing all of them and many more are gonna pay $60 for a kick ass game

It will sell lots. I remember when it first came out on Dreamcast it sold over 100K even then. I expect close to 500K on 360 and half that on PS3.
