The great thing about Zelda is that it's not on the decline, so Zelda fans have it very easy IMO.
We Mario fans have to wait years for each game, and they can easily end up under achiving like Galaxy.
Zelda always holds the same quality so its well worth the wait, lol

The two bitched about Final Fantasies regarding release date have been the last two and this should make it apparent why. The time it's taking to make them has almost quadrupled. It took less time to get from VII to XI than it's taking them to get from XI to XIII, and it's almost assured this will be the first generation in FF history that will not see three numbered releases. Fans have reason to bitch.

Traditional Zelda titles appear on other consoles than just the Wii. We have had another on the DS and an announcement for a new one just days ago. The same cannot be said for Final Fantasy.

Ahhh great times. I remember when I would finish a FF game and I would only have to wait for a little over a year for a new one to release. Those were the days.
