One thing I hadn't noticed before: There's a sensitivity setting for the nunchuk and wiimote gestures. That's nice, because nothing sucks like grenading yourself when you reach up to scratch your ear or failing around in a panic to get a gesture recognized.

it looks much better than (what seem to be resized) screenshots.

and the HUD placement and control stuff are good, what you mostly have in PC games (or at least used to) and it should be standard IMO.

the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!

remember in metroid prime 3 how when you press Z or maybe C (i'm not sure) you can't move the camera so that you can shoot things near the end of the screen.

hmm i did not know you could do that in MP3.  the camera moved fast enough that don't see why not just have it move the tiny bit so i can point and shoot.

They've said that they have a soft-lock, which means that it will keep your target on screen, but it won't center it on the screen so you can blast it without aiming. Also, I think the soft-lock might only be usable against flying targets.

Dang it! I hate watching these videos of game play! It makes me want this game even MORE!!

The game is looking better and better. I'm totally excited for it!

This is turning out to be better than I expected. I want to see videos of the multiplayer before I decide on a day one purchase or not though.

I also didn't know you could do that in MP3.... is that on the non-advanced seting or have I just forgotten I used it (I started the game with "advanced" controls.

As for the camera option... with all the custom controls I think there is an option to have the camera "locked" as in, it doesn't move until you point to the very edge of the screen.... but you still have the option to turn using the control stick instead, at least that is the option I am hoping for and something that seemed to be hinted at in one of the earlier demonstration videos (which is where I got the term "locked")
