I'd say Dracula in Castlevania 64, I know a lot of people hate that game but I loved it.

MGS4 final fight was pretty epic too but I didn't like the controls...

If that cannot count for some strange reason then I choose Shadow of the Colossus. Take your pick on which of the 16 is the best because frankly just about any of them are more enjoyable than any boss fight any other game has managed to conjure up. I'll give some runners up status awards to Nemesis from Resident Evil 3 and Sniper Wolf and The End from Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 3. Another shout out to Psycho Mantis from MGS. Hell, might as well throw half those boss battles in there. MGS was king of boss battles until SOTC showed up to take the crown. Special shout out to the final Bowser boss in Super Mario World. Special shout out to Wario from Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins.

I can make up my mind...i can remember most of my boss fights all i can think of are Zeus boss fight GOWII or DMC3 Vergil Boss fight no.3

Another good duo-boss fight is Nechu and Lechu in Okami.

I also liked the Shadow temple boss "bongo bongo" from OoT. I wasn't so bothered about the ganondorf/ganon fight, I thought they were much better for Windwaker and Twilight Princess, especially the swordplay parts.

Any of the colossi is such an easy answer that I'm not sure they should even count. Like, they're banned from the awards, because they always, always win.

This guy, right here? Still probably the best, most atmospheric boss fight in any game, ever.

Actually, most final confrontations with Ganondorf could fit here.

Ganondorf from Wind Waker, maybe.

I'm not sure about the name, but the final boss in Okami.

It's just bloody awesome.

Then there's Nechu and Lechu from Okami (again).

Then there's Orochi (Okami... Again).

The only non-Okami boss I can see that comes close to that is Ganondorf from OoT... He's probably better than Orochi (and maybe Nechu and Lechu).
