Hopefully we see something good, last year's one was very disappointing.
We should see a new Lionhead game and some more stuff from Rare

Let's not expect too much. Major AAA games are never revealed at E3 and released just a few months later in time for the Xmas holidays. MS, Sony and Nintendo have NEVER done that. I'm thinking games for their '09 lineup will be revealed in the next few weeks and at E3 they will probably show some big games for 2010. Maybe Gears 3.

I mean honestly? What new exclusive games did they announce last year?

Scene It? Box Office Smash
You're in the Movies
Lips
A handful of XBLA games

Now I should think that Microsoft can't do much worse than last year since they should at least have Forza 3 and a new Rare title to show off, but I don't see what makes people think they'll definitely show more than that and perhaps sequels to last year's revelations. Microsoft will most likely do what they do almost every year and concentrate on their exclusive games coming out in the next six months or so as well as major multiplatform games such as Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed 2.

Final Fantasy XIII at last year's E3 rings a bell.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

To be fair FF XIII does not belong in that list, but that was a major announcement

Interesting. Hopefully they will confirm that Mass Effect 2 will play more like a shooter. Headshots ought to count!

Pre-GDC there was alot of "oh you just wait until GDC, MS will announce something awesome" - and now that its over its "oh you just wait until E3, MS will announced something awesome".

And what the hell is up with Alan Wake. Wasnt that announce in like 2005!? Thats fricking 4 years! Yey!

Just like Final Fantasy XIII, GT5, Killzone or Team Ico-stuff. 4 years seems to get a normal time-frame for a game development... for me, that is not a good thing.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

I think its way too soon. 2 Years tops should be the deal.
