^ The wolf is the first boss, I think.

The game is fairly short but that time doesnt include the replays you once you die. Basically if you have to restart the level your time goes back. I know I played it for more than 4 hours but my time was like you said around 1hr 40+

Yes but the Nintendo Channel tracks ALL time spent in the game, including menu screens.
So unless all the people buying it are completing it without dieing once, then not many are bothering to complete it.

I intend to re-download this on my new SD card and kill that stupid cat-thing, right after I figure out how to use melee attacks. :P

I vaguely remember following something along a kind of gauntlet level, then getting to the end I was fighting in a small circular arena with somthing jumping around on poles and firing stuff at me... was that not a boss (or did I in fact forget I have passed the wolf and this is the second boss?)
Edit... ah, famousringo said cat... it could have been a cat I was following. Is that bit before or after the wolf.

Way after. After the ocean of blood. It's another boss you have to melee, if I remember the FAQ I read.

You got much further. That thing there is like the fifth boss or somehting. You killed the wolf on top of the roof a long time ago.
Hell, if you got that far, beating it shouldn't have been a problem.

Hmm, I vaguely remember an ocean too, maybe I got past the wolf quicker than I thought.
I'll have to check it out again I suppose, but tbh I didn't really enjoy the game that much however far I got into it.... I think the main problem was that it looked like ass. It was just too fast and complex a game to be on N64 type graphics.... all the enemies just look like collections of spikes.

Ironically, a section not far past the one where you are is my grahical justification for the game...
I thought those jagged polygons suited the utter insanity of the game, actually. I just didn't like playing it with the thumbstick on the classic controller. Maybe I should try it out with the GC pad...
