I'm not a Kojima fan but I don't blame him. He's doing what he loves and he gets paid handsomely for it. Why should he retire? Any of us here would love to be in such a situation. I'm sure his fans appreciate the dedication. So everybody wins.

I guess he'll be around for another 15 years or so. He'll retire at age 60-65. That's enough time for at least 3 more MGS games.
