I don't think the Wii can emulate hardware that bad-ass.

Seriously. I don't think it's possible.

Strider, Magician Lord, all the Pac-Mans, All the DK's.

Heavens to Murgatoids.

This is a wishlist for arcade games, BTFeather.

I dont get it, are these games any different than MAME emulation ports?

Upgraded graphics, sounds, online? If not, its a tough sell for me as I have my PC hooked up to my tv and cam play almost every arcade game eve rmade in perfect quality...using my saturn pad or X-Arcade sticks.

The only game I'd be interested in Street Fighter 3rd strike, perfect arcade port...this is the only game that doens't run on MAME emulator yet.

duuuuude don't spoil the fun! D:

F-Zero AX and Mario Kart Arcade are based on Triforce hardware, this's basically a GameCube.

//Not really interested in VC Arcade. Already have MAME installed on my PC with >80GB of arcade games. MAME is a fantastic emulator and MAME32 is nice frontend, fully equiped with extra materials (screenshots, cabinet photos, marquees, flyers, overlays, hi-score tables, cheats, history articles, PCB schemes, manuals etc. etc.) it's like a virtual arcade museum. Love this thing.

The Wii can't emulate the Gamecube, though. You play Gamecube games on it because it essentially has a Gamecube inside of it.

Star Wars Trilogy Arcade. I'd kill for that.

It would be nice to cross-list these titles to see what has and what has not appeared on previous compilations.

I have a lot of these games already on different collections. Thus, what would interest me is what I don't have.

Another thing that I would love to see are really classic games, games that I grew up with (relatively speaking of course, I am old), games that had their best home version in the classic era. I am thinking here of games like Omega Race and Cosmic Avenger.

And to echo what has been said before, The Simpson's Arcade Game would be a definite purchase for me as I remember playing it on PC (there was never a console release that I know of, much to my chagrin).

Finally, to answer how is this different than MAME -- well you can play it on your TV set and there are no questions of legality (which can occur regarding the acquisition of ROMs used on MAME).

I am Mario.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.
