”Seventy-three titles have sold 1 million copies on the Wii.”
Seems pretty clear to me. It doesn't specifically say 3rd parties, should include all games.

Also, EA probably shipped 1 million units for the last couple of Maddens. |
Even if we believe that all of these shipped a million and i have reason to believe a few are wrong but it would add up to 53, which is still another 20 titles short.

On GameSpot they seem to have missed a digit, they claim "7 million unit sellers"
Actually i we take GameSpot literally, it says 3rd Party, and 7 million unit sellers.... then considering a lot of these things are very USA centric.
Which means he could have meant 7 3rd party million sellers in the US.... which is exactly what VGC has.... doesn't explain how some websites managed to add either a 5 or a 3 to it though to make 73/75.

Someone should e-mail Nintendo to clear it up. Either way I think third parties are making money from the wii.

That part about 7, I'm pretty sure, was when he spoke of the companies that have topped 1 million sales with more than one game. I'm almost positive he stated during the keynote (which I was following on 2 different liveblogs) that 7 different 3rd parties had more than one million seller on the Wii.
