Call it a hunch, but I doubt it will look anything better than what was shown on the consoles, or CE2 for that matter.

Direct3d 11? Theres a pretty good chance you'll see some of that implemented as well.

Not really, if Cry-engine gets used more then thats a win as it scales extremely highly. Most PC/Console games only differentiate really on resolution and AA/AF and you want more of that?!

Yes, the games aimed at a console will of course not use the PCs power. The point is that this isn't even CryEngine 3, it's CryEngine 2 with support for consoles.

A refurbished engine to run at the consoles, I agree the PR department added the 3 to move more licenses, but in scence is the same engine with lower (as expected) performance...

Are there any other cross platform engines which are likely to use said power? If there aren't then of course its a worthy addition.
