@hawkeye, yeah I need to stretch more. I'm pretty good but I don't wanna look like some of the other people I notice in the gym



I tried dieting and it did nothing. I lost 40 pounds through strength training. Remember, every pound of muscle burns 50 calories every day.



Diets don't work. A lifestyle change is the only way to go.



@bouzane, I remember hearing something about that. It's tough to really measure stuff out properly when you figure in things like that. My legs are very muscular. I'm sure it throws off my diet because they are the leanest and biggest parts of my body.

i dont use wii fit.

i am skinner than people using it =D.

just don't drink caffeine it stops your body from loosing weight.

I just used a set of electronic scales to find out my daily recommended caloric intake. I can also keep track of my fat and muscle percentages too. You should consider picking up a set, they're quite useful, especially when strength training.
