Well, there's plenty of third party games on the Wii that I'd love to play. I always thought the third party library would be growing on the Wii to one day overtake the HD consoles. If these games aren't pulling in enough money though, I don't know why developers are increasingly turning to the Wii for future titles.

Maybe I'm wrong. I still think this dev might have had a bad day or something?

Anyway, before this one turns out like the other thread...

Person 1: Does Valkyria Chronicles have trophies?
Person 2: No.
Person 1: Forget it. I'm not buying it.

Maybe I'm just sightly offended by this rash comment:

Wii players are "little kids and old people" and "hardcore Nintendo fanboys" that enjoy games with "crappy graphics and basic control play

I don't think I fit into any of these categories, yet I can't help but feel slightly violated for some reason. Maybe it's the crappy graphics part, because that's all a game revolves around right? Graphics?

I imagine if I told this dev I would buy Rune Factory or Little King's Story in a heartbeat, he'd laugh and tell me to grow up or something.
