none of those games aside from ODST have actually been announced for 2009. i don't want to buy a console based on assumptions..

Don't expect that to be it though. Should get an announcement or two at GDC. Then a bunch more at E3

They released games far more frequently in the past, other than Fable II they have released nothing for 2 years, so I think it is inconceivable that they don't have something nearly ready, it doesn't take their entire studio to work on DLC for FII

I was going to get a 360 for Christmas, but I figured that since I have a good PC theres little point. If you dont have a good PC then id advise you to go ahead and buy an Xbox. I have no doubt that there'll be some Good games announced for the system shortly.

bugrimmar, then you dont need a X360. Enjoy what you already have.

well.. my thread was to ask whether there's something i can expect this year that i don't know of yet. i just found it strange that there's virtually nothing of note for the 360 this year.

If you think the other 'things' I mentioned are low budget, youre very mistaken. As a 360 only owner, I am very pumped for whats to come this year already - even without the new annoucements that will come throughout the year.
