Will people buy it? We all know niche titles don't sell to much, but I have been starving for some JRPG goodness like a few others so I'm wondering it this is gonna get a slight bump in sales or if it's gonna be even low for JRPG standards. 

X-Edge is the game, coming out in may. It's not an SRPG like Valkyria Chronicles or Disgea, or an action RPG. It's a through and through traditional JRPG. Capcom, Nippon Ichi, Namco Bandai, Gust, and Idea Factory are the developers working together to make a crossover games with some of their characters.

What is everyone's thoughts?  Will it sell good for a JRPG?

Personally I'm worried everyone's just gonna let is pass over without taking a glance.

This game looks weak. I'm pretty sure I won't be buying.

It looks extremely low budget.

I'll be picking it up because I happen to like quite a few of the mentioned games, but by itself it's hardly a barometer of the selling abilities of JRPGs.

Agreed, but this is also why im hoping it can sell. It has a lot of good JRPG and even a few SRPG characters in there. That should get a lot of JRPG people wanting it, at least i thought....but it seems not a lot know. Also ps3 hasn't gotten a JRPG in a while so this i was hopeing would at least give a sip to bypass the drought.
