For myself I expect at LEAST two really good core games from Nintendo. Maybe Zelda Wii, Pikmin 3, Kid Icarus Wii or Luigis Manson 2. For the next Mario game I think we have to wait another year to be announced. Can we expect a Wii price cut? No. More casual games that use the better motion controller? Yes, very likely.
From Microsoft I guess we will see 3-5 new unannounced Xbox-exclusives, of which could be 1-2 new IP's. MS has to counter the strong PS3 line-up for 2009. Most likely we will see the two rumoured games from Rare (Killer Instinct, Perfect Dark 2) and of course known titels like Forza 3, Halo ODST and Alan Wake. AND I personally expect another megaton like the FF13 announcement last year. KH3? FF7-remake? Who knows?
I suspect that we only see just 1-2 new unannounced PS3-exclusives from Sony. (Maybe Rockstar's PS3 project?) They have already a strong line-up for holiday. We will see new trailers of known games like God of War 3, Gran Turismo 5, Heavy Rain, etc.
So, what do you think will be announced at the press conferences. Who will have the "better show"?
