Weren't you banned for being a sore-loser when your predictions failed?

No, I got banned for having an alt account and then because I requested it. So far my predictions have been quite accurate. Save for SE one.

Whoever said Madwoirld was made by Nintendo? You just joined the trolling spree here it seems. Really, people like you shouldnt be allowed to even have an internet connection.

Wow, isn't someone a little bit sensative today?

I said "made my Nintendo" because you said that the wii wouldn't recive any "big" games this gen other than those from Nintendo, clearly showing that you are as near-sighted as the fanboys you argue with. Really, people like you shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves Nintendo fans, much less Zelda ones. Have a terrific day:D

^OK, so what is the exact "standard" used to determine what a big name game is?

You don't need a marketing campaign to feel good about your purchase. If it does well despite poor market, it's still a hit, and more than a cult one at that.

My collection of guides on GameFAQs: Read them here

My latest guide on GameFAQs, for Little King's Story! Read it here

Gears is a HUGE game, reguardless of it being a relativly young franchise. MS poured tons of cash into its advertising, and it was considered the first real reason to own a 360. MSG4 was iun development for ages, and cost millions to make, Resdistance is 1st party ,Mass Effect is a 360 exclusive.

Speaking of PS2, Okami sold terribly on that system at the time when the intal base was over 100 hundered. No More Heroes received no real advertising and was developed by Suda 51 whose last game sold even less than No More Heroes, and was on PS2.

@Fossil: Madworld isn't "big" as in the sense that BTF is claiming. If you join a conversation/discussion, make sure you read all the parts of it, before talking. It's a good idea IMO. Have a good day too.

Bets with Conegamer:

Pandora's Tower will have an opening week of less than 37k in Japan. (Won!)
Pandora's Tower will sell less than 100k lifetime in Japan.
Stakes: 1 week of avatar control for each one.

Fullfilled Prophecies

@kylohk: Yet none of these core games for the Wii has been advertised, nor made by a dev who is known to have produced a big hit. Also, BTF calling Zack and Wiki core while disregarding Mario Kart is quite dumb.

Both House of the Dead:  Overkill and Madworld had commercials airing during Monday Night Raw the last few weeks and it is the biggest cable show on tv.

Mario Kart Wii is a core game.  Still, Zack and Wiki was a better game that didn't receive the sales it deserved.

Advertising takes time to work. You cant being advertising one week before the game is released and expect huge sales. IF thge ads continue for a while, the sales should pick up.

I couldn't care less what SNESboy mk. 2 was implying, what I was refering to is that you say there will never be any "big" games on the wii when NMH, RE:UC, COD, CV:J, and endless ocean to name a few have already been released, and with Rise arc fantasia on it's way this year. Your nothing more than a picky fanboy whose let peer-pressure get to him, next you'll be saying "Oh, well I only meant that the big games were Nintendo ones because they sold well"

'BIG' games on Wii, none beside Monster Hunter exist right. That doesnt mean there arent any good games in the future. Muramasa has my eye on it.

Are you refering to 'big' as in depth of the game it'self, or it's marketing campain?

MArketing campain, cost of development, spot in company plan, no RE5 size game, to my knowledge, is planned for 2009, not even The Conduit.
