You should get it. You already have a ps3.

There's a bunch of good games coming out.



Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

I feel this way too about the 360. I'm actually kinda sad that NG 2 is coming to PS3. The list of interesting games I can't find on PS3 or PC has dwindled to Gears 2 and Fable 2...

Well, both Fatal Frame 4 and Monster Hunter 3 look good. I don't want to check on NMH2 though, out of fear that I might spoil the first one
But Little King's Story doesn't look all that interesting.

But I am definetly more open to getting a Wii now, although I'm still hoping for more western support. Thanks for everyones input!

Wow dude i do understand that you can feel that SSBB is overrated but giving it 5/10 would be a sign of ignorance. And Super Mario galaxy is a masterpiece.

 

About RE 4 Wii controls, that game offers you better control scheme then any shooter on the PS3.

well i got bored after getting the first star.. I might have outgrown mario... but i still find super mario bros 3 pretty nice. Atleast last i played it.

well SSBB.. i can see that.. some work went into it but i was thouroughly dissapointed. It has been rated to heavens and it has one of the worst fighting system of any fighter. (all just my opinions ofcourse)

Then again i was used to playing games like Tekken and Soul calibur and it's a pretty different direction (simplified to the limit) and well.. frankly i wasn't just unimpressed, i was rather dissapointed. I didn't even find it very fun in co-op. :\

 

Resident evil 5... i didn't play it for long either before i went.."why did people claim this was special?" because it didn't feel that way to me.. but it's just me. :p

Unfortunately this may be something of a pipe dream. If you want the best third parties can offer, Hell, you already have an HD console.

Yeah, you're going to miss out on some kick-ass games. THat's just reality. Can't be helped. If you want Mad World but don't want a Wii - well, you know, that's kind of all there is.

There has to be at least 5+ games from that list and that's not even more. Maybe you should wait until GDC in a few days and E3 to see what games will be release for Wii that might interest you before you buy one.
