I was thinking about getting RE4 at some point, if only because people have been praising the controls so much. But I never played an RE game before, and saying that I'm anticipating RE5 would be an overstatement.

But RE4 is in the category of games I would get if I had the platform anyway, and not a game I would buy a platform for. Along with RE4, I have Super Mario Galaxy and No More Heroes in that category.

 

controls aren't that good... and yes i mean the wii version.. it's pretty overrated.

 

So is super mario galaxy..... and smash bros is VERY VERY EXTREMELY overrated. Insanely so. I'd give it a 5 out of 10.. tops.

Wow dude i do understand that you can feel that SSBB is overrated but giving it 5/10 would be a sign of ignorance. And Super Mario galaxy is a masterpiece.

 

About RE 4 Wii controls, that game offers you better control scheme then any shooter on the PS3.

 

well i got bored after getting the first star.. I might have outgrown mario... but i still find super mario bros 3 pretty nice. Atleast last i played it.

well SSBB.. i can see that.. some work went into it but i was thouroughly dissapointed. It has been rated to heavens and it has one of the worst fighting system of any fighter. (all just my opinions ofcourse)

Then again i was used to playing games like Tekken and Soul calibur and it's a pretty different direction (simplified to the limit) and well.. frankly i wasn't just unimpressed, i was rather dissapointed. I didn't even find it very fun in co-op. :\

 

Resident evil 5... i didn't play it for long either before i went.."why did people claim this was special?" because it didn't feel that way to me.. but it's just me. :p
