Forums - Sony - Where is your Ps2 now?

In my living room, being played every day. It's the only console I own, afterall

Though I've been lately playing more PC than PS2

right beside my 60GB PS3. and 8 years old. amazing how time flies by. I remember waiting for MGS2 to come out.

My PS2 is sitting on the shelf below my PS3.  I haven't used it since mid last year when I went to play Metal Gear Solid 3 but it wasn't working on my PS3, so I had to bust out the old PS2.

Sadly my PS2 still has problems reading discs, even after I busted it open to move the lens (this was years ago).  I've been thinking of grabbing the new (old) slim version just in case it finally dies on me.

First one (FAT) broke down, I opened it up to see what's inside and now forgot where I put it.

Second one (SLIM) in China, waiting for me to go back and play it.

Third one (FAT), bought from a friend, then sold to EB for a profit + trade for a Wii.

Fourth one (SLIM), in Australia and currently replaying God Of War II, might bring it to computer swapmeet and mod it so I can play Asia Region games?

My PS2 is sitting in my home office being punished. I played a single DVD and a few PS1 games it decided to start giving me red screens so it's having a time out. ;_;

It's almost like losing a friend
