This week Steam has been crap, at least here in Europe. A few days ago it kept disconnecting me from servers where I was playing TF2, and the weapon loadout was not available. The same was happening to everyone else, on several servers.

Today it took more than 5 minutes to load up (hanging on the "connecting account" message box which pops up as soon as you start it). I had enough time to get pissed off and create this thread in the meantime.

Valve put your shit together and let me play my games, this is getting pretty annoying.

I've been having a problem with Steam lately as well..

when I buy new games and try to download them I get an Error telling me the download failed, need to restart steam..

I restarted steam like 4 times before I realized that regardless if the message popped up the games would still download..

Also still have a problem adding IP's to favorites manually sometimes... before it was impossible..

the only problems i have with it its that it updates often x.x

I only have it to try out some demos, and play peggle extreme (which is a great freebie!)
But it really does slow my computer on start up and when shutting down.
It's probably because I have only 1 GB of memory :-/

My main problem is that it screwed up the installation of ETW initially and I generally find it clunky and annoying

No big problems here, just the occassional time where i will get signed out while playing left 4 dead. More annoying is the constant updates for steam that need to be fully installed before you can play your games.
