I am at the mission where I have to destroy 2 mortars and I simply can't get the mine to turn twice. I keep twisting the sixaxis to no avail (while holding down R1 ofcourse)

It seemed to be my Logitech controller giving me the issues. Unplugged the USB dongle, rebooted the game and everything went fine from there.
