Manchester is all good at the moment, although I do seem to be in a lot more than some other people I know doing different courses. I am studying Computer Science with Business & Management, how about you?

i got merit-merit on my IT BTEC by the way and i got into Uni, does the OP mean that in future i would need more than a merit-merit? im applying to do a-level politics, i think i know enough to get at least an A

That pisses me off, considering i'd actually be entitled to about 5 A*s between my As and A levels if this system had been in place when I did college ( a couple of years ago). Damn.

Studying Physics. Would those people be doing a humanity or arts course by any chance they never seem to do any work lol

No, I only got a B in A Level physics. But the course was complete shit so I didn't put any effort in.

Haha well I have expressed my views on some certain courses in the past and I wouldn't want to offend anyone... Hell who am I kidding you have hit the nail on the head there; some of them spending 5/6 hours a week in Uni - it is sickening!

Snap with the Physics grade, the lack of effort put in by me throughout my accademic life is quite alarming. I seem to have a problem when it comes to revising/ doing work - I don't/ can't revise and work that is due in gets pretty much done the morning it is due in!

A* grade is a waste of time.

Lack of effort and you get a 'B', when did you do it? I got an *cough*E*cough* and I did that in...2001, I think (god I'm old) and I found the 2nd year tough for Physics. My mind just wasn't as focused.

Trust me, no, you are not. At leat I did A-levels and got 4 passing grades (I'm counting General Studies dang it)

Just go to the best and most well respected place that your marks and money allow. The end.
