This is hitting the single area where the 360 might have a weakness. The systems are NOT 100% identical. Just like the the 360 has a bit better ram, the ps3 is a decent bit better at stuff like this.

Seems everyone is jumping on the graphical side of this and missing the point you make. This is not about graphics rendition, this is about number crunching to calculate physics, etc. for the grass, something the PS3 is clearly more powerful at (i.e. it can processor more number crunching routines than 360).

So the question isn't could the 360 render this game (because it quite clearly could) but could it perform the same level of physics calculations prior to the rendering of the image? And while I hesitate to say it couldn't, I'm also sure the PS3 specification clearly provides more raw processing power vs 360 so in this case perhaps Flower would be difficult on the 360 (although I notice the developer also mentions the advantage of being exclusive so they themselves leave it open in the end).

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

That's not necessarily true. We don't actually know if Flower can be done exactly the same on the 360. However it's funny to note that the only developers that say shit like "This game can only be done on this console" usually only work on that one console anyways and have no knowledge of designing games on other consoles.
