i Just saw th is vid of AVGN about the atari jaguar and it looks as if he is describing the ps3

WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE POSTING PLEASE

 

I have always seen people comparing the ps3 to the dreamcast with no real reason but this time what AVGN says do really seem to make the ps3 look like the jaguar in terms of technical issues. What do you guys think?

The purpose is to analyze the design decisions no to bash the ps3

LOL, im just talking about technical issues found on both systems, look when he compares the jaguar games with snes games is much like the cell vs xenos thing we have going on now

yeah it is kinda similar if you compare those aspects. I think they are more different than similar though...

ironically,the PS3 probably most resembles the Xbox1. a bit ahead of its time,developers dont know how to take advantage of the extra memory or just dont, least amount of third party exclusives, and a huge money eater. The Xbox 360 is like the dreamcast if Sega didnt pull the plug. its sort of a zombie bordering on success and fail, the wii is like the NES.
