Forums - Gaming - Is Peggle evil?

Peggle is a title that I head about first from Zero Punctuation's review:

I didn't give it much thought, but the review warned of the potential evilness of the game.  Oh, it looks cute and whatnot.  It is a Flash-type game, with pretty images, and so on.  There is warnings how it might set back the game industry for getting people hooked at a low cost, threatening to prevent AAA titles from being produced.

Well, I got to play it (showed up on XBox Live Marketplace), and got hooked on it.  It, in a nutshell is Bust A Move (Puzzle Bobble) meets Pachinko, with the cannon on top.  So, I now have to question the evilness factor of it for the reasons stated.

So, this question is posed to you: Is Peggle evil?

Around the Network

Yes. PopCap is second only to Nintendo in terms of ruining the industry.

Peggle is pure evil, and I like flirting with the devil. I own Peggle and Peggle Nights for the PC and Peggle Dual Shot for the DS. If I ever have a useless $10 lying around, I'll throw it down to have evil Peggle on my 360 also.
