If you want a FPS buy Killzone 2, If you want a platform game get little big planet, if ur asian get Valkyria Chronicles

Gotta love reasoning like this. Let me explain something. If I didn't want a platformer, I wouldn't have given LBP as a choice, because it wouldn't interest me. If I didn't want an FPS, I wouldn't have nominated KZ2 because it wouldn't have interested me. I'm not going to dignify the last section with a response.

I never play RPG so don't get VC.
You'll get bored quickly with LBP so don't get it
Killzone 2: Meh only the first 2000 hours you play it it's fun after that it gets a bit boring.

I'd say LBP as its something a bit different, slightly new and innovative. While KZ2 is a fantastic FPS it really doesn't change a lot from the rest of its genre.

I haven't had enough time with Killzone 2 yet to say anything about it but with Little Big Planet I was upset.

Don't get me wrong, the level editor is a lot of fun and it's a genuinely good game but it's hard to find a good level out there in the community. You have to wade through a lot of crap to find the good levels and that just takes away a lot of the fun.

As for Valkyria Chronicles, I have only heard good things about that game. I haven't had a chance to play it yet (I'm waiting until I have a good chunk of time) but so many people have said so many good things about the game.

If that type of game is your cup of tea (which I assume it is), I would say go with that game.

I'd say LBP.

And trust me, the game does get challenging. I was surprised by how difficult the game is on its last levels, but at the same still fun and awesome.
But while LBP is a good game when you play it alone, you really need someone to play it with, locally gives the most fun. Trust me, the game is on a completely different level of fun when you are playing it with a friend, it's really great.

Good point about the levels, twes, but I have to say that I've had some fun times playing through some of the lame levels as they fall apart around me. Plus, I found this level called something like "Happy Sunshine Valley" and it was just hilarious! I'd recommend that level to anyone with LBP!

Just pointing out that searching through the levels isn't always bad, but be warned that there is a lot of crap out there.

Valkyria Chronicles. Because it'll be impossible to find if you wait too long.

Get Killzone 2.

I was sorta looking for follow up reasons as to why.

lol..

Well i would say get killzone 2.. Then join our killzone 2 clan. Then join our can matches...

And then have a lot of fun.

Killzone 2, in my opinion is one of the best first person shooters on the market. It's the only one able to get me to play continually online for a loong loong time. Neither cod 4 nor waw managed to get me to do that. And if you are worried if it'll get enough play time ? don't, you'll get dragged into it every night when the guys are playing. It's harder not to get a invite than it is to get one.

Little big planet is pretty good.. but, the novelty wears off a little bit. I mostly just play it if i have people over.. (and when you do play it in co-op it's amazingly fun.. really. This game makes you giggle.. yes i said it)

I can't say get this, because then you won't get killzone 2 and i'm pretty sure a lot of people wanna play you in that.. but i can say that as a platformer, it's managed to entertain me a lot.

Valkyria.. I can't say.. i don't have it.. but I am planning to buy it. I enjoyed the demo a lot. But I wish it had (atleast) local multiplayer, since it would pretty easily work (as it is a turn based stragity game)

Check out my game about moles ^

While they are all nice choices, I'd get LittleBigPlanet. Single player is challenging later on and you can play through the entire campaign by yourself, with local or online friends, or a mixture of both. Make sure you have at least a couple LBP fanatics on your friends list so you can browse through and play their hearted levels (their favorites, makes finding great user-made levels extremely easy).

Try to get Valkyria sooner than later, as it seems like it'll become a rarity and it would suck to have to pay above retail for a copy.
