XSeed is publishing all Marvelous Interactive games in North America. Rising Star is doing so in Europe. This was actually announced last summer.

It dosn't worry me as long as I get the game intact and unedited like they promised.

Pacman taught people to run around in dark rooms munching on pills while listening to repettive techno music and for that I somewhat idolise him.
