Using the mother lion as the parents and the child as the cub, it would be more fair to equate it to a mother leaving its young in the middle of the savannah while it went to go catch food.

If something happens to the cub, shouldn't the first question be "where was the protector?"

This kind of thing does happen in the wild where a wild animal will happen upon the young and eat one or two of them. Then who do you blame?

Yes, but whatever animal eats those cubs is meant to by the natural food chain. Animals are not restricted...

Besides, then the lioness comes back after the cub has been attacked, but not yet eaten because they heard it cry out (still alive, but damaged; the girl never actually had sex with him, and told her parents), and brings a few other lionesses (cops, ect) back and kill him (he is going to jail) We are just waiting for the lion's mouth to close around whatever animal attacked the cub.

35-y/o men are not supossed to prey on 11-year old girls... x_x

Uhhh older men have married and had sex with 12 year olds for thousands of years. Society is restrictive, for the sake of safety. It is actually natural order for a man to have sex with the most fertile as possible woman (one in puberty), but we do not allow that behavior to manifest in society because of religious reasons and so forth...

As a related topic it is "natural" in society to be monogomous (unsure of the spelling). This goes against natural order as well.

And the photos were sent. Damage was done. And they were distributed to others. I would say that he already took one cub of the litter.

EDIT: as a supplemental information about myself: I believe that the ultimate goal of the human is to distance itself from its beginnings as much as possible, which means that I think we should overcome these natural tendencies. For the most part the rest of society agrees, but there are always exceptions.

Since when is an 11-year old capable of having a child? O_O

So much hostility towards the dude in this thread...

There's nothing wrong with being attracted to children, only acting upon it, and this man wanted to meet up with her. That's not smart and it is wrong to engage in sexual activities with children in our society, and he is a perverted dude, but unfortunately if that's what he's into, he's got no other alternative. You should pity him not hate him.

When(and if) the days of virtual reality come, pedophiles will be less prevalent, as they'll have a legal alternative. But for now they have to not do it, get over it, move to a different culture, or do the wrong thing like this man.

While I don't advocate pedophilia for obvious reasons regarding consent and society and such, it is the little girls fault, or her parents fault, for not teaching her critical thinking. A smaller portion of blame resides on the asshole, for soliciting sex from a minor. The little girl is more to blame for engaging in any sex related talk over PSN in the first place.

This is all kinds of wrong. IT IS NOT OK to Be Attracted to Children!!!

Agreed. I don't know wtf is wrong with him. It's not the full grown man's fault but the little girl's? Attitudes like this is what lets these pervs think it's okay to do what they do. This is the typical 'blame the victim' argument.

I completely disagree. Yes, the guy is sick and should be locked up, but do you think he can help thinking about those things? He's not more to blame than a mental pacient.

Besides, the world is always gonna have dangerous places. Say it's 3 in the morning and you're walking in a known dangerous place, and you choose to walk instead of taking a bus, to save the 2 bucks. You get mugged and beaten. Is it the mugger's fault or yours for being a dumb fuck? You knew the place was dangerous! If you ask me, you deserved to geat beaten and mugged if you're that stupid.

The girl didn't know enough to not send naked pictures of her to a total stranger? Yes, the girl/parrents are more to blame than the guy.

No, I think the piece of shit lowlife who mugged you should get what he deserves, and there should be more police (parents) in that area, doing what they're supposed to do, protect you (and inform you).

the example of the bus and the mugger is not exactly the best one. A better example would be one in which a lion eats you after you get out of the car on a safari to take closeup pictures.

Well, it's more like, the Man is the person, who wanted a picture of one of the lion's cubs (girl), and when he got it, with a knife in hand, he got his fuckin head bitt off by it's mother/father-lion (parents, police, legal system, ect.)... Then someone in the car said "Oh my, that poor person. It's totally the lion's fault"...

Not really... he may be more of the dangly fish with the glowing lure, but even that isn't a good way to put it.  The girl knew better and clearly showed it when she got afraid and told her parents.  She allowed herself to be dragged into this knowing the possibility of something bad happening.  I wont say it was right of him(because it obviously isn't), but clearly she needs to be disiplined for this.  It's her fault for doing the wrong thing and sending pics and performing on cam and it was his part for soliciting these from an underage child.

Look at the conversation I sprouted.

For the record it is okay to be attracted to children, as I said previously only acting upon it is wrong.

There's a variety of reasons one can be attracted to children, but not all of them make you a sick fuck. If you get off on raping young children, you're a sick fuck. But some pedos are good people that can't help it. It's a mental issue for some, it's not always a choice.

But the blame rests mainly on the 11 year old girl, she should not have engaged in that sort of conversation anyway.

"Attitudes like this is what lets these pervs think it's okay to do what they do."

It's okay to think what they think, not act upon it, hence me saying "There's nothing wrong with being attracted to children, only acting upon it"

A Kentucky man is accused of persuading an 11-year-old Humble girl to send him nude photos of herself while the pair played video games online.

During interviews with investigators, the girl said that the man “kept pressuring her for more pictures and wanted to set up a meeting with her in order to engage in sexual activity,” the court record states.

The girl told the man that she was only 11, according to records.

Authorities said they also discovered that O’Shea had distributed the girl’s photos to other people.

Sorry, no, the blame definitely rests on the sick pervert.  I don't even know why you're disagreeing with me because he acted upon his attraction to children.  A 35-year-old man should know better than an 11-year-old girl.  The parents are also to blame for not teaching/looking over her better.  I hope he gets a nice, long sentence and special treatment in jail.  There's people that can't help hurting others--that doesn't mean we should let them roam around doing as they please.

I still disagree about who's to blame.

What caused the incident(in order):

1. Society - Society is fucked up

2. The parents - Should have made sure she wasn't going to do something like this

3. The child - Should have not responded to explicit conversation in any way

4. The pedo - for being a disturbed man

Why do I disagree? For fun!

Society is to blame for breeding pedos, but it's also to blame for breeding stupid parents who won't raise their kids right.  The child is a product of said society as well, as well as a product of said parents, who didn't teach her how to not show her nudies to wackos.  So I'll just rearrange the numbers like so:

1. Society.

2. The pedo's parents.

3. The pedo (not just for being a pedo, but for seeking out a dumb girl online to get his kicks).

4. The child's parents.

5. The child.

Since always.  Some girls start to menstruate at a very early age.  Not most but some.

That's more like it.  #3 is definitely more to blame than #5.  Age and maturity is definitely a big factor.

The girl did something stupid. Really stupid, but I think that most of us have done stupid things at an early age. Most us have not have done anything like this but the blame is not to be put on the girl.

Anyone saying that the guy is being uneccessarily beaten up has some serious issues. It is not okay to like children like someone said earlier in this thread. I do understand that some people are really sick but someone like that has to be able to decipher from right and wrong and get help before doing something disgusting like this. To me a pediphile that acts on it is the lowest form of human life and should be punished as harshly as a murderer. What they do to children kills them for the rest of their lives.

I can agree to that partially, but the actual blame remains on the child.

A gun is a good metaphor for this. The pedo is the gun, ready to to shoot his pedo rape into any child who's stupid enough to pull the trigger. She pulled the trigger.

Do you realize how angry this statement makes me?  He pulled the trigger.  He talked her into this if you read the article.  Did she make a severe misjudgement?  Yes.  Does that make it right for him to to do this.  Absolutely not.

I'm guessing that you're one of those guys that probably thinks that it's okay for women to get raped if they dress a certain way also.  They look hot and bring it on themselves.  Right?

Okay, we can agree that he gave her the bullets but he did not pull the trigger.

Uh, no, I don't think that way about women. I'm for freedom of expression, and being sexually explicit should not earn you being raped.

When someone rapes a woman because she looks hot, it's not her own fault for expressing herself.

When a little girl sends photos to a persuasive pedo, it's her own fault.

He persuaded her to send him nude photos.  He kept pressuring her to send more.  What about this don't you understand?  She made a foolish decision but it is not her fault.  It is his fault for asking for the photos.  She didn't offer them initially.  He persuaded her.  Everything that you are trying to say is garbage.

@amp: Either he's really disagreeing with you for fun or he has a personal reason for defending the pedophile.

Dude, don't try arguing with him. It's pointless. He's probably a lolita fan, or knows someone who commited statutory. Hell, he could have if he's in highschool. So he finds it acceptable to be attracted to children. That is why this is going to be my last attempt.

I garuntee you the child did not start it out saying "Hey, you wanna see my *****?". No, the guy, with a username like THUNDERKID, masquerading as a kid, and slowly changing his claimed age higher and higher, (the classic online pedophile). Hell, he probably didn't even have to fake a voice. He probably used a goddamn keyboard.

BTW, children can be easily persuaded usually. He took advantage of her. She might have had low self-esteem, and was even more suceptible to his tactics. Hell, he could've threatened her in-game, like saying something like "If you don't give me nude pics I'll betray you", ect. He came in there with a purpose. That is the reason for laws about Statutory rape. The child is not considered mature or wise enough to make the decision on whether or not it is ok.

BTW, nice amp... Classic example... Excellent...
