L.C.E.C., can u waggle throughout the whole game or only the first stage?

L.C.E.C., can u waggle throughout the whole game or only the first stage?

It's actually one of the better recent Sonic games and the best one on the Wii thus far. It's much faster paced than any Sonic game sense probably the 2d ones, good battle system along with fast gameplay mechanics, and a decent enough story.
So I'd say if you are a sonic fan its worth a pickup, and if you are looking for a good Sonic game on the Wii, this is the best one out.
@zucas
What if u don't care about Sonic & are looking for a great game to play?

Only the first stage, and a couple others... (Mainly training ones) There are a handful of levels that you CAN do that on, but you will probably die once or twice and/or get a terrible rating... but there are many levels where doing that will kill you... and you won't be able to win it that way... Especially duels and bosses...
The best levels are the legacy levels, and the ones where you can pick your characters, and the ones where The main goal is just to finish the level... but the others are entertaining too...

Madworld, HOTD Overkill, Tenchu, Rune Factory, etc would all be bumped before Sonic. Doesn't mean its a bad game but I'd invest in those before.

Yep. Think I have it in "my games" section of my profile. But yea I've played and beat it.
About 80% of the levels in the game can be won by sticking to the left or right side of the levels and running past the annoying spawn enemies. And I love how just about all the enemies leave themselves open for a good 5-8 seconds before trying to attack you. The multiplayer was not fun whatsoever, just a waggle fest in a small room. And the online features are laughable. Its only in there so they could add more content on the back of the box. Who the fuck cares about trading items? You can get them on your own. In my opinion, the game is only really enjoyable only if you adore sonic games. Replay value? None if your a normal gamer (You have say...10k other better games to play); LOTS if you like Sonic.
I dont know, what really pisses me off about Sonic's games is Sega and Sonic Team's thought process on it. I mean, they both really dont care about the fans. And their interviews show it. Sega only sees Sonic as a money printer. Which is why they give Sonic team such little time to complete Sonic games. Never before have I seen a fanbase make their game developers ultra cheap and lazy. Its mind boggling.
^^^ WTF? Dude, at least half of the levels have enemies that you can't do that on (giants, archers, flappers, spiders, ect.), and besides, if you do that, don't you get like a 1 or 2 star rating? BTW, archers give you no free-time... I know because I've been killed on the bonus unlocked levels where you can't take any damage... Actually, I like the ability to trade items, It's not revolutionary, but Everyone seemed to like it in pokemon, didn't they? The multi-player is a tack-on though, but it seems to have always been. Even back in the genesis days...
Cheap and lazy? That is exactly the opposite of what the reviewers say. The production value and polish put in show otherwise... You can say you don't like it, but It wasn't chapness or laziness...
You have to admit, though, that the recent sonic games (the last three consoles and 2 portables) have pulled Sonic out of a downward spiral... After SA1 (and some say even then, but that can be argued) the franchise went downhill. Eggman and Tails killed all speed in SA2. Then, Sonic Heroes came out. It was a little faster than SA2, but was foreign in gameplay and resembled the chaotix. Also, the "falling off" factor of dying was terrible... Then Shadow... Which, if you didn't go in expecting a sonic game, was pretty good (I liked it to an extent), but crushed one's expectations of a Sonic game. Then there was Sonic Riders... -_- nevermind... Then there was the broken $#!+bomb that was Sonic '06... then, soon after 2.5-D Sonic Rush came out, which showed hope and promise for the series, SATSR pulled the series out of a nosedive with its breakneck speeds, lack of fall-deaths, and RPG skill elements, and put itself past SA2, and (imo, possibly past SA1). Sonic Rush adventure continued the goods with SRA... Then, Unleashed came out, and lowered the high tide with the $#!++y Werehog levels, and then making the developers think that all future sonic games should have the same mind-numbing speed with little-to-no thought that unleashed daytime levels had (worse than AR was ever accused of)... Then SATBK came out and brought up the quality tide to about SATSR level, but the reviewers were stuck on Sonic Unleashed's near-pure daytime speed, and didn't get it...
