I was playing RE5 tonight and I got to the chapter containing the second level of the demo released on Live Marketplace (the one with the chainsaw-majini).  In the demo, you kill the majini in the area, then walk up the main stairs, and chainsaw man comes down.  Well, I already had my strategy memorized for him, so he went down pretty quickly.  I killed him, he dropped the key, I picked it up, and put my controller down for a moment.

Big mistake!  No sooner do I pick up the key than he gets back up, cackling like a madman, and starts swinging that thing around like it's a set of nunchuks!  I quickly grabbed the controller again, put some distance between us, and emptied my last two pistol clips into him, and he finally went down for good. Scared the bejeezus out of me, as I'd let my guard down thinking I already knew what to expect!

Bah. I'm at that chapter with my GF now, and read the spoilers. Oh well it won't be too bad. Between us, we're packing 2x 9mm's, 1 Skoprion, 1 MP5, 1 shotgun, and 1 rifle. Not too shabby

So I'm roughly at the end of Chapter 2 and I've yet to find any BSAA emblems--am I missing something?

Yeah. BSAA emblems.

BSAA emblems start popping up in 1-2, but during the very start of 2-1, you will find a notepad in the humvee area with a note talking about the emblems, and their function (new items to buy).

Spoilers on finding BSAA Emblems in 2-1:

Directly above the notepad, you'll find a BSAA emblem that unlocks a firearm for sale in the store.

In the port area, you'll find one near a fire-arrow toting Manji that's just after getting the iron key - you'll need to walk up on the ladder to kill him. The emblem will be just to the left of him.
