Yeah, it could very well be Red Steel 2 (NGamer is about to get some info on that soon, too).

The line says "first to another big title", which I take to mean they're not actually gonna announce a new one.

What else could it be? Maybe Punch-Out!!, but surely they would tease it with something bigger than that. Or a DS game, who knows.

I think some of you guys are right when saying it's going to be a game we already know about. It doesn't sound too mysterious. Just "we're the first to another big title." Which makes me assume it's hands on with Red Steel 2 or something.
